The Bianca Ray Lifetime Diamond Warranty is our pledge to you, ensuring that you can purchase your lab-grown diamond jewellery with confidence and treasure it forever.

What is Covered:

• Every lab-grown diamond in your exquisite piece of jewellery.
• In the unlikely event a diamond chips, breaks, or is lost from its original setting during normal wear, we will replace the lab-grown diamond at no cost to you. This includes all labour and material costs for the repair or replacement.

What You Need to Do:

• Keep your original purchase receipt and the Bianca Ray Certificate of Authenticity, which you will receive when you buy your lab-grown diamond jewellery.
• Visit your nearest Bianca Ray store or a reputable jewellery store every six months for a routine inspection.
• Our team will document each inspection on your warranty document and notify you of your next scheduled visit. Alternatively, we will email you an inspection form to be taken to a local reputable jewellery store for inspection.
• Receive care and maintenance advice during each inspection to ensure the longevity and beauty of your lab-grown diamond jewellery.

What is Not Covered:

• Repairs or adjustments not performed by Bianca Ray, which will void the warranty.
• Damage due to excessive force or friction, causing loss of diamonds or breakage of the diamond setting, considered outside of normal wear.
• Lab-grown diamonds not originally set in the jewellery and not matching the specifications in the Bianca Ray Certificate of Authenticity.
• Metal types not specified in the Bianca Ray Certificate of Authenticity.
• Jewellery that has not undergone routine inspections every six months.

How to Make a Claim:

To make a claim:

• Bring your lab-grown diamond jewellery to your nearest Bianca Ray store or return it to us via post, along with your Certificate of Authenticity and Lifetime Diamond Warranty. If damages occur within 30 days, please refer to our returns policy.
• Our specialists will conduct a standard gemmological assessment and may require an independent evaluation by a recognised gemmological laboratory.
• We will contact you with updates following the assessment and confirm the outcome.
• Your jewellery will be available for collection at your nearest store, or we will post it within 10 business days after contacting you about the outcome of your jewellery piece.
• If over 15 business days have passed since we approved your return without receiving the product, please get in touch at returns@biancaray.com
