Return Policy
In this policy, "we", "us", and "our" refer to Bianca Ray, identified by NZBN: 9429051649913. Our return policy allows you to send items back to us under certain conditions:
- If the item is defective, corresponding with your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act, we may offer a repair, exchange, or refund.
- For change of mind returns, these are subject to our prevailing General Terms and Conditions of Purchase where applicable.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Please note, some items cannot be returned. These items include earrings, resized rings (whether resized as part of the purchase or after purchase), engraved products, and any special, custom, or made-to-order items.
RETURNING YOUR ITEMS
All items must be returned to Bianca Ray Head Office or in store with original tags and any related documents, such as authenticity certificates, manuals and provided the item/s are returned in 'As New Condition'.
RETURNS FOR IN-STORE PURCHASES
Visit any Bianca Ray store in the country of purchase to return your items.
ONLINE PURCHASE RETURNS
Online purchases can be returned by visiting our stores in the country to which the item was shipped, with your printed online tax invoice and confirmation email.

SHIPPING/POSTAL RETURNS:
- At Bianca Ray™, all shipping costs for returns are pre-paid, meaning that customers do not incur any additional charges when they need to send items back. We provide pre-paid shipping labels with every order, streamlining the returns process and making it hassle-free for our customers. This policy ensures that if you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it easily without worrying about the cost of shipping.

ASSESSING AND PROCESSING RETURNS
Our team will inspect all returns. If necessary, items may be sent to our Head Office for a detailed assessment. Refunds, repairs, and exchanges comply with relevant Consumer Laws and our Terms and Conditions of Purchase, completed within a reasonable timeframe.
Refunds match the original payment method, except for cash purchases, which may be refunded via direct credit or to a debit card of the original purchaser. Refunds go back to the original card or account used for the original purchase. Be mindful of this when returning a gifted item.
30-DAY RETURN WINDOW
You have 30 days from receipt of purchase to request a return. Eligible items must in 'As New Condition' be in their original state, unworn, with tags, and in their original packaging, accompanied by the original purchase receipt/invoice.

Contact our team at returns@biancaray.com to initiate your return. Accepted returns will receive a shipping label and instructions. Returns without prior initiation will not be accepted.

DAMAGES AND WRONG ITEMS
Examine your order upon arrival. For defects, damages, or incorrect items, contact us promptly for a resolution.
DISPUTES & RESOLUTIONS
The courts of New Zealand shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Conditions of Sale.
Without any restriction to bring proceedings before a court, you and Bianca Ray will first make reasonable efforts for a period of thirty (30) days to resolve amicably any dispute or failure to agree that may arise out of or relate to the product, the Conditions of Sale or any breach thereof.
SALE ITEMS AND GIFT CARDS
These items are final sale and not returnable.
EXCHANGES
If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item in 'As New Condition' and then place a new order for the different item. This ensures that you receive the replacement quickly and efficiently.
REFUNDS
We will inform you post-inspection of your return about the status of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to credit the funds.
If over 15 business days have passed since we approved your return without seeing the refund, please get in touch at returns@biancaray.com
