SHIPPING OVERVIEW

At Bianca Ray, our aim is to provide you with the best shipping options, no matter where you live in New Zealand. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers across the country, ensuring that we provide the highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.

PROCESSING TIME

Orders are processed and shipped within 2-3  business days after the order is placed. During peak periods or for large orders, the processing time may be extended. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has dispatched.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING 

Bianca Ray manages domestic shipping and potential returns, ensuring smooth and cost-effective delivery within the country.

After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 2-3 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.

Our in-store pickup is on appointment only. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Bianca Ray handles international shipping and returns through a chosen provider, ensuring efficient and affordable delivery worldwide. This makes the process straightforward and reliable for our customers.

SHIPPING TO P.O. BOXES

Please note that we are unable to ship to P.O. Box addresses. A physical address must be provided for efficient delivery.

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 8 -10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@biancaray.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

CAN I CHANGE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS?

We quickly process and pack your order to ensure speedy delivery. Therefore, you can only change your shipping address if your order has not yet been processed by our warehouse team.

I’VE MISSED MY DELIVERY, WHAT NOW?

If you're not available when the delivery arrives, a notice with details on alternative delivery or pickup options will be left at your address.

SHIPPING TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES

If you need to ship to multiple addresses, please place separate orders for each delivery address.

DAMAGES

Bianca Ray™ is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
