1. Gift Card Purchase and Redemption

• Gift cards can be purchased through our Shopify store and redeemed exclusively online at biancaray.com.
• Available in various denominations, our gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash or used at other retail locations.

2. Validity Period

Gift cards are valid for 36 months from the date of purchase, in accordance with New Zealand law.

3. Non-Refundable and Non-Transferable

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Bianca Ray is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged gift cards.

4. How to Use

To redeem, simply enter the unique gift card code at checkout. If the purchase exceeds the card balance, additional payment methods can be used.

5. Balance and Expiry

Any remaining balance can be used for future purchases until the expiry date. To check your balance, please contact our customer service team.

6. Multiple Uses

Gift cards can be used for multiple purchases until the balance is depleted or the expiry date is reached.

7. Use of Gift Cards with Afterpay

Bianca Ray gift cards can be used with Afterpay for eligible purchases:

• Enter the gift card code at checkout to apply it towards your total.
• If a balance remains after applying the gift card, Afterpay can be selected for the remaining amount.

8. Fraud Prevention

For security, proof of purchase or identity may be required if there are concerns about fraud or misuse.
